“Owner and employees were the absolute sweetest and most helpful people. They helped us through the entire process of bundling our phone and internet services with spectrum, which was initally difficult and hard to do using the spectrum customer service phone line alone. Customer service at this store went above and beyond. We did not have to worry about a thing, as they completed the entire transition from our old phone lines to our new spectrum cell lines for us. It was a long process, as expected for 5 phones, but we got exactly what we asked for and wanted. I was absolutely impressed with their kindness, professionalism, and patience. I highly recommend coming to this store if you're looking for amazing and affordable services with a personal touch!”
