“I was helped by Alan. I’m new to the neighborhood, and needed assistance getting set up with fiber internet. Alan went above and beyond in making sure the experience was intuitive, systematic, and affordable. Although I’m 52 and have had plenty of time to catch up with technology (despite assumptions of some 22 year olds), I’ve never been tech savvy, and especially don’t appreciate the business trend to outsource so much customer service to bots. Alan reminded me of old-fashioned human customer service, which makes me inclined to return to this location. Unfortunately I had a brief experience in store with a different employee whose demeanor was less friendly, thus the one star short of perfect review. But that aside I had a great experience.”

“By far the best customer service I've received from a MetroPcs location in all Kern County. Abid and Anil were so helpful, understanding, and PATIENT. They understood and respected my needs for a new cell, my budget, and time needed to think and decide on which cell phone I wanted. Which I greatly appreciated, as lately I had been experiencing rude and pushy employees at other locations. Trying to sell me the most expensive phone without taking the time to listen to my needs and wants and me allowing to ask questions. Lastly, I loved that they have a high selection of cellphones to choose from that other locations lack.”

I recommend this place 10/10 I had went to jj wireless first and they said they couldn’t do anything but this place they fixed it . And customer service was the best .
