Customers praise the excellent customer service and the clean, well-organized store. Many have been loyal customers since childhood, finding everything they need, from boots for town to work boots. The Lancaster location, right off the freeway on Avenue K, is convenient for shoppers. Customers also appreciate the high-quality clothing, such as the pants and hats worn by a customer's daughter for her Llama competition, even though the prices can be a bit pricey.

Went to this Boot Barn and the employees were extremely nice and helpful. Sebastian helped fit me for a pair of work cowboy boots with the composite toe. I ended up trying on a dress pair of boots and loved them too so I left with two pairs of boots. Cashier even gave me my military discount. Great Experience!!!
