I’m British and wasn’t really sure what I was looking for, but she made the whole experience feel like a personal shopping experience. She took the time to help us find the perfect boots, matching belt and shorts, and her advice was brilliant.
The whole team were also incredibly helpful when we realised afterwards that we had forgotten to ask for our military discount at the till. They spent ages sorting out the refund for us, which we really appreciated.
