Very organized, well staffed and fair pricing. I was completely blown away by the organization at this boot barn. The staff was also so nice and there were people actually around on the floor to assist you if you needed help finding sizing or had questions.

Eric estrada is a great person. I didn’t know which boots would work well for my job and he helped me find the right ones, fast forward to today, I wore my boots for a week now and I have to say they are the best work boots! Thanks Eric and entire team at BB Lancaster ! I will be back

Good store, but there is not a lot of selection for cowboy boots. There is, however, a good selection of work boots. Clothing is also limited but a good selection of work clothes. Great customer service and clean store.

I understand that unfortunately, people with my skin color are commiting a lot of crimes in ca. I get the stigma. But only one employee showed me any type of warmth and helpfulness. I wanted to get buy a Cody James Black 1978 and some El Dorado Alligators Exotic but with the attitude and dirty looks I decided to just leave. Just as I left Law Enforcement and soon to leave this disgrace of a state.

Thai place is amazing! They have a great selection of boots, hats, accessories, belts. I was able to find what I was looking for. This location is right off the freeway on Avenue K, in Lancaster. Definitely coming back.

Love their clothes can't get enough of it yes it's pricey but such great quality the pants my daughter wears during her Llama competition are of the best quality and look amazing along with her hat that the staff helped her pick

Only one employee was willing to help me , After I was circling the store for 25mins. According to the website they price match with other retailers; however when I asked they said only to the Boot Barn website.

The people staff here are wonderful, so polite. Love them. The girl who is at the front is not just beautiful. it's a sweet, nice lady.
