The only bank I've been helped with a smile and awesome conversation. Each time the service was above and beyond. Willing to answers questions plus advisement and lastly I don't need an account. Awesome

Tried to call my bank to speak with a human being...keep getting a recording to call back later or call 800 #. Called 800# and was told that I need to speak to my bank branch to get what I need. Quit the run around! So now I have to drive all the way into town just to get my question answered. Frustrating!
