“I recently stopped by after work, hoping to find a birthday gift that would resonate with my coworkers passion for the 1980s. As an avid collector of vintage items, I’ve invested a lot of time and money into building my collection. I have always enjoyed shopping at this store since it opened and have purchased many items.
However, my latest visit today left me feeling disappointed due to the lack of customer service. Unfortunately, the employees seemed preoccupied, sorting through comic books in the back. I stood at the front register multiple times, eager to look at comics and memorabilia, but no one approached me to offer help.
After waiting for a while and not receiving any acknowledgment, I decided to leave without making a purchase. It’s disheartening because I genuinely love this store and believe in supporting local businesses. I’m sharing this feedback not out of anger, but rather as constructive criticism.
Customer service is essential in building a positive reputation, and attention to customers can make a significant difference in their shopping experience.
I understand that it can get busy, and sometimes employees may be tied up with tasks. However, it’s crucial to engage with customers and assist them in finding what they need. A simple acknowledgment when they walk in, or offer of help can go a long way in making customers feel valued.
I hope this feedback is taken in a good way, as I would love to continue supporting the store and see it thrive.”

“Michaels is a great store, today I needed to buy a frame
I found what I needed, at the same time I needed to use restroom (thank god) they allow shoppers to use it, and it was clean (score 10). Self check was good, and adding my coupon was not a issue. The attendant added new bags for me due carts not leaving store. Heads up, if you shop big, bring a dolly, or your own trolly. I double bagged my candles (bags are thin).My only negative was there were two people checking out, and the attendant wanted both of us at self checkout. The register only accepted Cash. Only bummer.”
“I feel like this is a great place for all types of fans. To the super nerdy to the casual person. They have (what I think) a great selection of comics and cards in store so you don't have to wait for shipping.”
