Brought my RAM truck in for an intermittent issue. Service department was amazing. Alex was great. Good communication. Technicians were on it. Quick turnaround. Rare that I would ever recommend a dealer service department. But I am now. Had it in for an oil change a few weeks before. Fast and easy.
