“Wonderful experience! Natalie was awesome. Natalie explained how their pricing works. It's a little complex-- for example, I had not realized that, if I were to change the color of the outside, the six door jambs (four doors, the hood and the trunk lid) would have to be painted, too.
A day later, I had made up my mind. Jesús stood in for Natalie and wrote down my decisions. I dropped the car off, fully expecting that my car would be ready a week later.
A week later, my car was ready! On time -- even the same time of day -- and at the agreed-upon price. My car looks beautiful!

“The clear coat was peeling off on the hood, fenders and roof on my BMW and needed to be repainted. “Dillon has been my mechanic for about four years; he and his staff have been excellent to do business with. I recently took my wife's 2015 BMW LI to have the air conditioner fan replaced about three months ago. It was working well for three months, but then the fan started making noise again. I spoke to Dillon and he said not to worry about it. He ordered a new one right away, reassured me that I have a two-year warranty on the part, and promised to replace it as soon as the new one arrives. This level of honesty and commitment to customer satisfaction really stands out. I highly recommend taking your BMW to Bimmer Engineering. Excellent customer service every time.”

“The only Alfa Romeo certified collision repair shop in the AV and they did a fantastic job with my repair. They're diligent and fast with repairs and follow ups to insurance and dealerships. Unfortunately my car's parts came from Italy and took two whole months for shipping, it was ultimately expedited with the help of Alfa Romeo Customer Care which was recommended by Mario to contact in the first place.
If they did mechanical repairs I would probably go here.”

“I had such a great experience at AutoZone today. I honestly wasn’t expecting much help when I walked in, but I was immediately proven wrong. Even though there were a few people ahead of me, Edward greeted me right away while assisting another customer and let me know he’d be with me shortly. That simple acknowledgment made a big difference.
When it was my turn, he came outside to check my car, scanned it, and tested my battery. After running the tests, he explained that my battery needed to be replaced. He helped me find an option that fit my budget and clearly explained why it was the best choice. What really surprised me was that he offered to install it for free.
Within about 10 minutes of walking in, my new battery was installed and my car was running properly again. I didn’t even have to explain that I was having trouble starting it — he was thorough and proactive from the start.
This was honestly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in the automotive industry. I will definitely be coming back because of Edward.”
