Smart & Final Extra! is the warehouse grocery store where households, businesses, non‑profits and community groups find great savings on groceries, supplies, produce, fresh meat, frozen foods, dairy and deli. The store is very clean, well stocked and offers fast checkout. Employees are outstanding, courteous, kind and helpful; they tell customers specifically which aisle for an item and are willing to go out of the way. Staff can appoint you to the correct location and the cashier is one of the best employees. Convenient quick delivery is available through the website. Prices could be better overall, but the helpful staff and clean store be the 20th West location a great place for customers.
Employees were friendly. At the time there was an obnoxious man loudly expressing his disagreement with one of their front doors being closed off. And the employee patience listen and continued to happily escort him out.

The employees are always helpful and friendly. They do seem to be short staffed all the time though.
