Whoever the manager is; check the camera footage of 01/29/2024 at 12:25AM. Almost 20 people in line and all your employees retired for break. Goodness. That’s why brick and mortar business is vanishing. Absolutely useless

Will be changing banks soon. Customer service is terrible, lack of respect for people in wheelchairs. I was 4 min left and the banker would not help ne until 40 minuets later since she started other tasks within my alloted 1 hr appointment and scolded me for being 5 min late. I explained I am wheelchair bound and have mobility issues.Everyone in here needs customer service training.

Had an appointment 3 pm I came early like 2:46 and was told they running behind and I came early anyways. It’s 3 pm and someone just walked in and they saw that person first. Customer service here it’s a total disappointment.

I have been a Wells Fargo customer for at least 10 years. I came into this branch yesterday to deposit a large personal check from my sister's US BANK account Long story short they told funds would be available today and printed a receipt. Now my bank account is overdrawn $553 and the check has a hold on it for 10 days! I am having them return my check to me and closing my accounts. Worst banking practice ever.

This bank location apparently makes they'r own rules, they won't take checks if they don't want to just because, went to a different location and they where great help, i would avoid this wells Fargo, manager here isn't very helpful.

I use to do my banking on this branch but today they make one of my horrible day after 30 minutes they check I have balance on my multiple accounts and still give hard time to just cash a regular every week check they need better stuff or better training assisted

My wife and I were scheduled for 1pm to see the notary. When we arrived, we were told they didn't have a notary. There was a little confusion, and a bit of frustration on my end at first. The staff went above and beyond to rectify the situation. I'm horrible with names, but one of the gals, confirmed she called us hours before our appointment to notify us of the cancelation/reschedule issue. The staff took to the phones, and did their absolute best to find us another location to see a notary. The staff were able to scheduled us for tomorrow at another branch. I'd just like to say, I truly appreciate the effort of everyone that jumped in to assist us. Things don't always work out exactly the way we hope they do. But we should all be grateful for good things, and appreciate the good in people.

This branch needs training!!! On December 30,2021 I received a call from Banker (Verenice Morales) I returned her call right away because I needed an important matter to be taken care of. When Ms. Morales picked up the phone she was laughing and hung up. I called back repeatedly and nobody picked up. Finally, I contacted customer service they helped me get through to this branch. I spoke to Jason who said," Verenice is busy. We're all busy at this time we will not answer the phone when we're busy." I never felt such anger with how they think it's ok to talk to people with an attitude like this was my fault.

The wait time is horrendous. There is plenty of room to allow for two more tellers. I’m forced to use the bank for cashiers checks, etc. Otherwise I’d be long gone from WFB! The managers walk around as though this is acceptable. Looks empty behind the glass.

Long lines in the hot sun. Try to call no one ever answers the phone. I would only go if it was absolutely necessary

The Banker gave me horrible customer service. I get horrible service and everytime I come to this branch...I couldn't get a copy of a money order I was trying to cash. I have money in the bank and they still give you horrible service!
