atm took 40 out my withdrawal and they didn’t help me or do anything about it

Guy who wasn’t even the person supposed to take my business appointment, told me I can’t open type of business account without paperwork when I called the business department and they said that info is false!

Their website says they exchange coin . That is if you have an account . Rolled coin refused . I'm to pour to have a hidollar bank account . Sad
