Great location, but long lines. Also, when there is a long line, they only have about 2 tellers running. I suggest you go in the morning.

Strange bank. It doesn't feel like a Bank of America when you walk in. No one answers the phone... tried calling various times throughout the day. (This after the national number had a hold time over an hour.) Once inside, service was slow and underwhelming. Walked out after waiting for a personal banker.

They don't answer the phone at this location. Very frustrating.
