“This place is great and I am so grateful to have it in Fairfax (especially b/c the Fairfax Post Office is notoriously difficult to deal with). I have used this UPS store for returns, shipping holiday gifts, making copies, and notary services a couple times. They are always quick and helpful and I am always in and out. the hours are fantastic as well (open late, on weekends). It's so nice to not have to truck up to Terra Linda location etc. anymore.”

“I dropped off a DHL package here. Transaction was really smooth and the staff were kind and accommodating.
Fair warning though, I was told they could not provide me any sort of confirmation document for the drop off because only DHL was allowed to scan my shipment documents. They were very transparent about it so if this is something you are concerned about, please take note.
I chose to still leave the package with them. Come evening, i got notifications from DHL that my package safely got picked up and is in their possession.

She knows when to call me when important or timely items arrive. She knows, for example, to forward my ballot, DMV registration, and invitations that arrive during the weeks that am temporarily living away from Sausalito, and keeps other deliveries safe until I return. “The Bad: Mixed up shipping labels; shipped someone else's box to me using my label, and shipped my box to someone else.
The Good: When I notified store of error, UPS staff worked diligently to try to find my box and keep me informed of status. Then when notified of my box's arrival at someone else's location by that recipient, staff worked promptly to facilitate delivery to me. UPS Customer Service phone staffer was also helpful.”

When I arrived with few documents which had to be printed in different formats the young staff members Joshua and Jerusalem immediately stepped in. They were patient, expertly resized everything to correct size , and ensured the format was perfect without any stress on my end. Their professionalism and helpful attitude saved me a ton of hassle. “I really appreciated the self-service print service as a Windows user, and the staff was very helpful with my specific questions about passport photo requirements. I had a slightly nonstandard request for the print job, and the staff were able to sort everything out after we discussed the specifics of UPS' processes. Cole was very knowledgeable about the business, and definitely the superstar of the three businesses I visited trying to get prints. Big shout out to him, very detail oriented and has good eyes for the quality of the prints.”

“I had a return (Rent the Runway) for Saturday. They are supposed to open at 9 a.m. I panicked because I needed to be in Sonoma before 10:30 a.m. They finally opened at 9:20 a.m. I was thankful and hope the young man opening had a good day. You never know what the other person is dealing with that may have created the late start to their day.”
