I have always had great customer service experiences at this store. Always polite and always helpful with my mostly Amazon returns! Customers these days are impatient and in a hurry and not always nice to deal with. š Shout out to Bon Air UPS!

I want to share my recent experience at UPS BonAir yesterday the 30th with Andrew as it was exemplar. I had over scheduled my day, was in a rush, had no return info with me, and was so completely supported through the whole process! Andrew went online and did the whole thing for me, no attitude, no complaint just pure selfless customer service! What a pleasure and a gift so I want to be sure he is credited for his wonderful and awesome support of my issue!

made an appointment online for a notary service which was confirmed via email. when we were told there is no notary at that location on the day we booked the appointment for. !?!

There is a reason for all the poor reviews. They close earlier than posted times. Chris- if the sign says open until 6:30 then donāt have your team turn customers away prior to that.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with the manager at the Greenbrae location. I filed a claim for my package, and he assured me that he would handle it and call me back. Two weeks passed with no update, so I called him, and he claimed he was ātoo busy with other claimsā and waiting on the main UPS company to contact him. Suspicious, I reached out to UPS directly, only to find out the claim was never even initiated. Itās clear this manager is dishonest, lazy, and completely unreliable.
To make matters worse, his attitude is dismissive, and he often seems unprofessional. On multiple occasions, he reeked of marijuana or some other substance, making it hard to believe heās in the right state of mind to run the place. The previous manager was far more reasonable and professionalāthis current one is a poor replacement. UPS really needs to re-evaluate who they have running this location.

The store help is very accommodating, informed as to various rates and the service is excellent!

Horrible store for a PO Box. Lost mail for 9 months, unprofessional staff, claim to have no mail only to find later when pressed. Go to the Corte Madera store if you want or need a local PO Box.

This store is very pretty decent and Is in need of lots of improvements the employees here are nice and thereās some that just donāt care and not helpful I tried to ship a package with an employee who was a black gentlemen I can fully remember his name but it was something like was karry or Korey or something and I asked him I needed to ship something and he said one second and he went to the back and then another employee he sent out came to help me and I was shocked on why he did that not even the manager was there and the other employee who was just a kid and also very respectful helpful young black gentleman helped me out very well I forgot his name but he attends redwood and I must say he is very mature for his age he helped me with my order and shipped it out and it got there on time and he was only 17 and gosh I wish I can remember his name but he is a blessed kid and very responsible who ever raised him I hope he goes some where in life because I had a nice chat with him and after I left I thanked him and he was just very nice I canāt thank him enough, I walked out of that store saying God how could such a young man have more responsibility then the other employee I hope he goes well and the owner needs to hire more people like him and get him a raise!

Sent a Christmas package to my parents on the Navajo Reservation thought we sent it earlier enough on Dec 14th. Check on it, it said through was an error with the address. I've delivered there before so I don't understand why they didn't deliver it. I called and they said they can't find the address and it could be picked up at a upstairs facility. For my elderly parents to drive an hour out was disappointing. When they went to pick it up it they said it got sent back to Greenbrae. My boyfriend was beyond furious with the situation when he talked to the ups manager at the Greenbrae ups. The manager threatened to throw away the package if my boyfriend didn't calm down. This is something common with mail on the reservation. I thought it got better recently because I got mail on the reservation before. My boyfriend doesn't accept this at all, I'm not sure what to say but feels like reservation people get discriminated against because drivers don't wanna drive out there I would appreciate an upfront no we can't deliver there than waste 50 dollars and time.

I made a mistake of not thoroughly reading return item instruction by e-commerce but the staff here took the item and packaged it for me to be returned properly.I appreciate the staff who took charge if things go beyond of what was required to do.Iāll definitely support this particular UPS store. And a large parking lot with an easy access to the store always put me to an ease compared to some other UPS stores impossible to get to or the traffic congestion is absolutely insane especially the ones in San Rafael.

I have lived in Greenbrae for over 10 years. This UPS has consistently lost or failed to deliver in a timely manner packages. The service as of late has really sucked too. The management is hardly responsive to any feedback. Choose a different UPS if you can.
