“I gave five stars because I had absolutely zero problems at this particular facility. The standard room was a good size...... and VERY clean.
The building was Extremely clean and smelled very good..... Staff was friendly and professional
Kids would love this building because it has an indoor pool.... and hot tub for their parents,also an included breakfast the kids will like..... tons of towels right outside the door to the pool..... The parking lot felt safe for me and my vehicle.... A lot of EV charging ports also ....There is an Arco gas station across the street that has good gas prices for this area of CA.
Super easy access off and back to highway 5.
Lots of food choices close by.
I travel to the Bay area 2 or 3 times a year to visit family... I am going to stay at this facility/hotel on my way to the Bay from now on....

“My experience at this hotel is usually excellent but this time was disappointing. Made the reservation thru 3rd part but when I get there to check in I was hit with a $150 deposit. The customer service was nice until my card was denied for the depisit :( They don't tell you about the deposit until you arrive to check in. All my past stays were always awesome I won't let this past experience ruin one of my FAVORITE hotels to stay in. Beside rooms are spotless and comfortable, and the location was perfect—close to everything I needed. The breakfast have plenty of options. I’ll definitely stay here again!”

“Had n extended stay here, staff very friendly and helpful. Special shout outs to Shelly, Rebecca and Jesus. They made my stay enjoyable! Housekeeping was livery accommodating and friendly. All around great experience will stay here again when needed.”

“Overall this was a good stay.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
A downfall is that the walls are very thin and noises from the hallway and outside were not muffled at all. I’m from a major city so I was used to the traffic noise, however I recommend getting a room away from the freeway/main road.

The gym and common areas were adequate, however parking is limited. If you get in late, there may not be spots.

Breakfast and Coffee was “acceptable” but I ended up going to the Starbucks which was minutes away.

Overall I would come back to this location when traveling.”
