“Great family vacation place. Fun activities for the kids. The only activities for adults is the waterslides, and activities like mini golf, ropes course, mini bowling. Waterslides are included in your stay. The dance party, meeting characters, family games (like bingo), story time, arts and crafts are free also. The mini golf, etc are additional cost. Food is a little pricey, but have a variety to choose from. Walmart delivers, you can bring food to your room. However, the fridge is very small in the room and the only microwave is down the hall by ice machine. Staff are friendly and helpful. Housekeeping is as well. Activities manager Lexy has been great and the activities staff. All in all, great fun.”
“Not only was the staff super nice but even the other visitors. I don't know who the receptionist was Thursday 1/29 morning between 10 and 12 PM. But they help she provided me was welllllll over Appreciated , I wish I could have thanked her personally and can't wait to visit this property again”

“This hotel is better than any Hilton I've ever stayed at. The environment is kids friendly and the pool and jacuzzi are impeccable. The staff is so welcoming and helpful especially for a single mom of 2. Its absolutely spotless even the walkways. There's clean flooring instead of sketchy carpet. The breakfast is better than any hotel breakfast I've ever had. It's absolutely amazing, there's no better place to stay! It was our second stay and we will definitely be back for a third!”

“I stayed here a few weeks ago as a new Diamond Club member and had such a great experience!
The hotel is under construction, but everything is looking super nice and the new rooms are great.
But the most impressive part was Mary-Anne (I hope that's her name). She was amazing!!!! Due to the Diamond Club, she gave me: Early Check In, Snacks, Upgraded me to a Newly Renovated Room, and Late Check Out the next day!!
I've clearly stayed at tons of IHG locations, some of them don't give any perks, some do, but none of them had been as kind and accommodating as Mary-Anne. She gave me the best possible experience and I will definitely be back to this location & have already told a lot of my traveling co-workers about the quality of service here.
Once the construction is complete and the rooms are fully renovated, this is going to be a super clean and comfortable place to stay! (It already is, but I believe only the 3rd floor is complete as of late March).”
