“The room and everything were super clean, and the bathroom was fairly large. There is a microwave and an unstocked mini fridge, so there are no overpriced items. The staff has been spot on, and checking in was fairly quick. They have also made it easy to get logged on to the Wi-Fi and those little incidentals that you take care of when you first arrive at a hotel. Thank you, Hampton Inn!”

“My experience at this hotel is usually excellent but this time was disappointing. Made the reservation thru 3rd part but when I get there to check in I was hit with a $150 deposit. The customer service was nice until my card was denied for the depisit :( They don't tell you about the deposit until you arrive to check in. All my past stays were always awesome I won't let this past experience ruin one of my FAVORITE hotels to stay in. Beside rooms are spotless and comfortable, and the location was perfect—close to everything I needed. The breakfast have plenty of options. I’ll definitely stay here again!”

“We just left our stay at the Tru Hilton Lathrop which we booked for one night as we are staying for a graduation. We were warmly greeted at reception and appreciated the local recommendations written on the boards as well as the board games and pool table available in the comfortable lobby. Our room was so convenient with every little functional detail thought of, from easy charging to location of the soap and hairdryer. Breakfast was generous with hot and cold options. Free coffee and tea 24/7. This was such a convenient and clean hotel, no frills but very nice. If we’re on a future road trip we will look for the Tru hotels for modern convenience.”

“The staff is phenomenal here. Definitely needs a little bit of upgrades. A lot of blue collar workers stay at this hotel. I don't advise getting a room by the utility room where they wash all the linen or by the pool cuz it's noisier because the workers are in and out of the room. The amenities are exceptional they do have continental breakfast which is great if you ask me. It's right off the freeway so that's a big plus plenty of places to eat all around there's actually a food truck strip right across the street next to the Arco. I guess it's a new trend in California highly recommend stopping by that place if you're staying at the quality inn. If you don't feel like eating from a food truck there's a Denny's Jack in the box Taco Bell Carl's Jr all surrounding quality inn.. plenty of options. A big shout-out to Abel Kayla and Rebecca they are the front desk staff that I had a pleasant experience with.”
