Update: Exceptional Service at T-Mobile Stockton
I visited the T-Mobile store in Stockton again today to update my plan and was incredibly impressed by the level of service I received. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and made to feel like a valued customer. The atmosphere in the store was welcoming, and the staff were attentive and eager to assist.
I want to specifically commend two outstanding professionals, Ry and Samer, for going above and beyond in helping me with my needs. Ry was extremely knowledgeable about the services available, taking the time to explain all the options to me in detail to to listen patiently to my requests. She answered all my questions and made sure I fully understood the different plans, which made the decision-making process so much easier.
Samer was equally impressive with his excellent customer service skills and friendly attitude.
Together, Ry and Samer demonstrated a level of professionalism and customer care that is rare to find. I will definitely be returning for any future needs.

“Mine was good
The wife somehow got her phone locked by T-Mobile. To get it unlocked was a major problem took two days running back and forth between T-Mobile and Xfinity. Finally got it unlocked but something about an invalid SIM card which Xfinity gave us a brand new one actually two. Then Xfinity said it would be 3 days for T-Mobile to unlock the phone we're going to wait and see”
