“Staff here know what they are talking about. Then seen things and know how to handle said things. However, Assurant, the insurance you'll get for your phone is absolute garbage. If you happen to have a phone that wasn't particularly popular, you might get screwed. Yes you're paying for insurance, and no they won't give you a phone”
