Absolutely horrible management and customer service. Can’t find a package and the site supervisor merely shrugs his shoulders. UPS needs to seriously shake up this poorly run hub.

None of the drivers can read, they deliver all my cousins and MY packages to all of our neighbors. My cousin installs ADT security systems and relies on UPS to deliver his equipment. We are constantly getting stuff delayed, lost, and misdelivered all day everyday. They get paid to do ONE JOB. Absolutely disheartening.
