“Thank the road gods for people like Orfan of Road Express Towing. Orfan came to our rescue on 7/19 in the very late evening when our travel trailer blew a tire. After 5 hours pulled over on Vasco Road where we could not get any other service to help us, Road Express answered the call immediately (they actually PICKED UP THE PHONE - a miracle nowadays) and Orfan made sure we were OK, and said he was on his way. He got to us in 22 minutes. He fixed the tire in quickly, gave us some diesel and we were back on the road. Next time you're broken down on Vasco or anywhere! - call Road Express Towing!”

“My crashed my car a couple weeks ago during that massive storm. And it was pouring down rain my car wouldn't even move I broke my lower ball joint my daughter was with me and was freaking out from the accident and then the fact our car was not going anywhere we couldn't even push it off the side of the road..I didn't know what to do or where to take it to... my drivers name I believe was Andre he was super sweet and so helpful I can't thank him enough. He helped me stay calm and was able to talk to my daughter ( who normally is really stand off ish of new people) she actually liked him and he turned her tears into smiles.. he helped me find a location to take it to. He made a horrible night turn into just an accident and made me remember that we were safe and ok and that's what mattered. Thanks royality towing 209!! Customer service knowledge professionalism 5stars across the board id recommend the to anyone and if I have to call a tow truck again( I hope not ) I'll be calling them”

So on our way back we stopped at 99Auto dismantlers to borrow a 4 lug tire and he was so kind to give us a spare doughnut and a regular 4 lug tire. Thank God.
