“My friend and I were stranded 10 minutes south of Los Banos on I-5 North, and titan came to get us off the roadside much faster than I could’ve hoped for. It was a very hot day and we were stuck on a dangerous shoulder. I was starting to get very worried, but we were soon picked up by the nicest man who made the extremely unpleasant experience much more bearable. He ran a diagnostic on my car as well so I would know more before I handed my car off to an auto repair. Smooth drive back to the shop, and we were given all the information on repair shops and motels to make planning swift and easy. He drove us to the motel, and drove the car to the repair shop in the morning at no extra charge. Overall I was very happy and fortunate to have had titan nearby in my predicament. Highly recommend!”

“Abel turned a bad morning into a great experience! My car died on a very busy junction at Chrisman rd and 580 WB. Geico roadside assistance called Central Towing and I couldn’t have been more pleased. Abel called me to give me an ETA and actually arrived a few minutes before that time. He was very professional, polite, super kind and engaging. He’s the type of person anyone would be proud to call a friend! Abel put my car up on the truck with no problems and off we went. The dispatcher was great as well!! Quick to call and confirm and checked in with me to make sure I knew I had a truck on the way. I’ve had awful experiences with other companies over the years but I can’t recommend Central highly enough and if management reads this…maybe give Abel a raise and make sure he stays with you!! 😊”

“This company does what they’re supposed to do. Most of their work involves accidents or vehicles that didn’t follow parking rules. That’s not something the driver controls. Getting upset at the tow operator when you’re the one who messed up doesn’t change the situation.”
