Delivered here ,dropped trailer at gate ,take load locks out don't leave in trailer and park at flying j or somewhere else ...dropped at 8am picked up at 1pm...have a great day

Worst warehouse I worked for ever the supervisors talk to the employees in ah disrespectful manner at pd 4 and I was ah new hire who wasn’t properly trained and fired because I decided to speak up and said I needed help because I was in two trailers by myself everyday when it’s supposed to be two people per trailer

***TRUCK DRIVERS***DO NOT ACCEPT A LOAD COMING HERE!08:00 appointment time. Come to find out they don't even start to unload trailers til 12:00. You have to drop your trailer and leave the property. Pick up your trailer at 10700 South Harlan at their drop yard. They will not notify you of your trailer being empty. This place is a complete nightmare.

security girl where you drop trailer for delivery is niceshe was friendly and helpful but these cement blocks where you have to drive thru and disconnect trailer are stupid andnot convinienti came for the first time and had to backup and then do maneuver to get to the spotremove these cement blocksthey do not make sense

2023-10: Had a package shipped from GA to CA and it got "stuck" here for days. I finally had to contact UPS to see what was going on and immediately got a response back stating the package was lost and to file a claim. No information, nothing. The contents of the package are not replaceable and I'm pretty upset about the whole thing. Really unhappy with this hub and hoping that I don't have any other packages that have to go through this location.

One package came in my address which does not belong to me but at the time of delivery the driver threw it on my planter which damaged my plant and eventually it started dying. I called and talked with a gentleman from Lathrop location and he told me he will come to pick it up. But in about an hour a lady name, Alpha, called and started the conversation in an accusatory manner. Her tone and her voice was not professional. She was trying to tell me her customer is in urgent need of the package and I am holding it so she needs to send security. First of all if I had not contacted yUPS you would not know where the package is. I have nothing to do with someone else’s stuff. Only thing I was asking is to give me a resolution for my damaged plant. She claimed that it is my fault the customer didn’t receive the package. It was extremely insulting that she is accusing me. When they delivered it in a wrong place and damaged my plant. The door bell video is the proof. If anyone with some authority reads this post my request is to train your people to be little professional and maintain some basic courtesy in their tone and language.

This store has rude clerks, they are very disrespectful. This is the first time I have encountered such disrespect in a UPS store. They need more training on customer service.

This place has brought an inconvenience to me. I have been calling for the past 4 days to reroute my package because I do not live near lathrop anymore.I have to drive 2 hours to get my package. Their system doesn't even allow a delivery change. Nobody is providing customer service. Not even the representatives. I paid extra for them to deliver my packages to me and they will not.

The two women today need to be fired. Upon walking in the one with a mask on was being rude to a customer. One with braids said she could help me. She had an attitude with me from the start. There was an issue with one of the Amazon scans. It said UPS and she said it showed Kohl's. Started going off as if I was causing an issue. All I said was I didn't know why as they were both picked for UPS. Not a big deal as I could easily fix it. The only reason why I questioned it was because the scan clearly showed UPS. She was already pushing me out without listening to me and going on about how they don't control it. Asked me to step aside while I sorted it out but it wasn't in a polite way. I redid the information and for what ever reason she had to go off asking if it was the correct item and they are not responsible for Amazon returns. I quickly tell her it's correct as I had already confirmed that with the other item. Plus I want out of that place. She continued on with her rude behavior despite never receiving any type of negative response from me. Barely had a chance to talk. While I was looking up the information she helped someone else minus the attitude. Same with the other lady helping a couple and not being rude. I worked in customer service. I never blame CS for company policies and not once was I asking about them or questioning anything other than the scan. My husband was with me, he said their attitudes and overall demeanor was very disrespectful. He's usually not one to say anything unless people are very rude. UPS needs to check these employees. It's not the first time I've been in that store and had issues. Won't be coming by anymore for the customer mistreatment. No need for management to reach out unless you plan to replace your employees with individuals that are better at customer service. Added this then took it away but it was obvious these two have issues with people of certain skin color. That's the only difference between their behavior was customer skin tone.

This Lathrop facility took my package. Had to file a claim to get a replacement and get it send through Ceres thankfully. Lathrop location definitely has staff there taking packages. I wish I could avoid this location for shipments.
