Reached out a week later via email and received a quick response to contact them if there were any questions. My daughter setup a time for a test drive. All that was needed was her driver's license. It was simple and easy. The car was very nice.
It was a relaxed atmosphere and there was no pressure to make a purchase. He honored the price he quoted her over the phone even though the actual price should have been more. My daughter got a great deal on the vehicle and was happy with her purchase.”

“I found these guys are very professional, courteous and transparent to the history of their vehicles in stock. When I asked them to show the CarFax report they showed it and also showed me the car inspection report they had completed in a garage a few days ago before the listing. I liked the minivan but as I am very picky, especially when I am spending a large amount for a purchase. So, when I was doing my own visual inspection, I noticed there was a little oil stain under the oil pan but upon showing it to them, they were willing me to take the car to an independent garage and have it checked. I took the car to a garage and after inspection they told me that they noticed the power steering fluid pump was replaced and during that time some power steering fluid dripped and end up under the oil pan. So, this tell me they are honest and transparent to their report on cars they are selling. I was going to go back to purchase the vehicle after selling my current car, but it was talking too long to find a good buyer for my car and in the meantime, they sold the car I was interested on. I will definitely consider buying a vehicle from them when I am in need in the future. I am giving a 4 star as their respond time for email and text was slower than usual.”

“I bought a used Mercedes-Benz ML 500 at the end of December, 2023. I was very concerned about not receiving a run-around after contacting other dealerships and either not hearing back at all or requesting new credit information after I already provided everything that was asked for. I took the trip from San Jose to Tracy, hoping for the best, and I did, in fact, get the best.
Melissa was extremely helpful and speedy and very transparent in all of her actions, also offering helpful advice. She informed me that she had test driven the car and replaced the breaks after determining this was needed and all I had to wait for were the installation of sensors that she was able to do that day. I had to let her know that I was concerned about the low gas level, and she rectified this issue as well.
When I was able to bring the car for a check up to AAA, all it needed was oil and a new battery. Needless to say, I am extremely happy with the car and the amazing service I received. I didn't have to worry about DMV registration either, since she took care of that as well. Thank you so much!”

Talked about business of course but once in a while the convo would turn into talking about a tv show or something, and then back to taling business of course. It's a breath of fresh air knowing theirs still real good hearted human beings out here serving the public instead of acting like a computer.
