During on-line negotiations, as we were coming from the Bay Area, he was very clear regarding accessories added onto the vehicle and these additional charges were included in the negotiations. With another dealer we negotiated the price on-line. When we showed up to that dealer we were informed that $1500 in accessories are added to ALL vehicles (clearly a deceptive practice) and were non-negotiable. We walked away from that dealer and started the purchase process again.When we showed up at Stockton Honda we we treated by friendly personable staff. Chris showed us the car, explained all the features, and we went for a test drive. When we completed the purchase paperwork there were no surprises. Exactly the price we address upon with no additional charges. They detailed the car and my daughter was thrilled. Worth the drive from the Bay Area.”

“I purchased a Kia Soul EV after seeing it listed from the website. I was able to call and Shawn immediately helped me with details of the car before I made the 90 minute drive to the dealer. He was so helpful both on the phone and in the dealership. The sale paperwork was easy and clear and price was very fair. A few weeks after the sale, I noticed an issue with the drivetrain clicking so contacted them asking about warranty repairs. I coordinated with Robert (owner) to use a local repair shop and got the issue resolved without a hitch. Car is great and would buy from them again.”

“Was short on loot and Nam sold me a decent scoot. He's a little short Asian dude that came over from Vietnam as a child refugee. A bit hard to understand for some people but don't let that deter you. He's a good guy just trying to make it through life. He also has a mechanically inclined friend who has a dyno for testing the cars, which is an interesting fact to note. Even with the Language barrier it was a good buying experience overall. And I consider the purchase I made to be a very good deal. While I did effectively buy the cheapest running car he had. I don't have that ominous feeling of impending doom that usually accompanies such actions. The vehicle is in good condition with a few cosmetic blimishes. Good tires and brakes.After a good detailing it looks pretty good.”

“Recently purchased a 4 runner from them. It runs and drives great, made the 200 mile trip back home with no problems. Tires were a little low other than that I have no complaints. Adrian made sure I was able to get the financing before I made the long trip there. With a small deposit to hold the truck for a week. Overall great service.
