“Awesome guys here. They checked out a cylinder head for me and showed me cracks. I got a replacement head elsewhere, ran into some hiccups and the guys were always there to help when I took some parts in to be worked on and they came through when I had some stripped threads and needed a metric helicoil. “I had a great experience with Felix, one of the parts specialist at O'reilly Auto Parts Lawndale location. Felix was very patient, very professional and very courteous. Felix did not complain not once about backing his fellow co/worker up by replacing a battery with a screw that had fell below and was hard to get to and was no where In sight. Felix went straight to the root of the problem and assured me that he would take care of it and not to worry, I felt comfortable at that point and knew that I was In good hands, you do not get that type of service or assurance from an auto parts store, my heart stopped racing as Felix did his job.
