“I had an issue securing a refund on a cancelled item through VKwear. Due to my ignorance in not understanding third party relationships related to Walmart, I went after the merchant VKwear instead of Walmart who owed the refund not VKwear. VKwear was instrumental in giving me the correct information on getting my refund. I accused VKwear of fraudulent business practices, deceptive advertising and that they were not a reputable company even though they've done business for 70 years. I am owning my mistake and retracting the original review. I feel they are a good company to deal with and low prices makes them five star in my book. If anyone has an issue through 3rd party purchases through Walmart, they are responsible for the refunds not the merchants! My apologies to VKwear.”

“Met Big Bert about 2 years ago. At the time we traded work and that was the beginning of a strong working relationship. Every time an idea pops in my head Bert makes it come to life. Whenever I’m in the area and have nothing to do I pop in and hang out with Bert he makes all his customers feel at home and sometimes I lose track of time, talking to him and other customers. Over time he’s even taught me how some of the equipment works and has let me make my own shirts. Bert is a good person and I wouldn’t hesitate to help him if he ever needed help. He cares about his customers, his community, his business, and most importantly his friends. Keep being the good honest person you are Bert!”
