“The cutest store with the coolest pieces. Fell in love with and immediately purchased the most gorgeous woven black leather bag and was sooo tempted by the other colors. Soo many sales representatives came up to me to help me and tell me the backstory of the bag. Such a fun place to shop! Will definitely be back!”

“This was my first time inside an Old Navy and I didn't know I was missing out on these cute outfits and finds. The store was well organized with many friendly workers offering a shopping bag etc. What I was very impressed and thankful for was the customer service. They go above and beyond to help you find the size you need if it's not available in store and have it shipped to your house. We were helped by a wonderful young man with glasses. A great help to my aunty. Totally appreciated since she was looking for these specific pairs of pants for her son. Hope to be back soon.”

“Favorite boutique in Manhattan Beach! I shop at Waverly religiously, and it’s one of those special places where you genuinely feel taken care of every time you walk in.
The owner and staff are incredibly helpful, warm, and knowledgeable without ever making you feel pressured to buy. They truly love fashion and care about how the pieces make you feel — not just making a sale. They’ve never once tried to talk me into something I didn’t love, and they’re just as quick to tell me when something isn’t fitting quite right or isn’t the best piece for me. I trust their opinions completely.
They also do such a great job keeping a range of sizes in stock, and the inventory is constantly changing, so there’s always something new to discover.

“this urban outfitters is very spacious! there's tons of parking in front of the store itself. i walked in a few weeks ago and bought a few of their perfumes! the store was organized. their byoma selection was neat and other makeup products. this store is known for being a bit on the pricey side, but there are a few gems that you can find. the service was fast and efficient. the young girl who packed my perfumes was very gentle with them and assured me how well she packed them so they wouldn't break. couldn't catch her name but she was so sweet.”
“Very cool little boutique, and right now, everything is 1/2 OFF! I'm sure for a limited time though. They have woman's clothing from dresses and pants, to yoga wear, to bathing suits (some only $9), hats, jewelry, bags, and now selling cotton masks. I picked out a pretty little floral dress that fit perfectly, and only $22! Open 7 days a week until 6pm. There are a couple curtain dressing rooms and you can try anything on. The owner is very welcoming and sweet. I asked her if there was a Yelp page, and her response was hilarious...that she's old & doesn't social media. So I told her I would start one up for her business. I will definitely be coming back to check out her new items next time I'm back in the downtown Manhattan Beach area.”
“I dropped into this location after I learned my Airbnb didn’t have an iron. I needed a suit a shirt steamed for a wedding in a few hours. The tailor Cor took my items right away, despite a backlog of work, and steamed out all the wrinkles. He did it free of charge and politely declined my tip, saying only “please just remember Nordstrom.” I certainly will - outstanding customer service!”

It's just such a fun place to hang out and do some shopping. AND THE MANAGER IS AN ABSOLUTE QUEEN AND I LOVE HER. She makes everyone in that store, customers and staff, feel valued and respected.
