I called them not realizing it was outside of their business hours to correct my mistake and Claudia called me back right away. I order flowers quite often for friends and family, and while I’ve found that you’re always compromising something, such as reliability/expediency, quality of flowers, size, value, website/ordering process, communication/customer service, etc, Bloom House exceeded my expectations.

“Flower Duet is the best -- especially Casey who was our incredibly knowledgeable and kind mentor. My spouse and I wanted to DIY our florals for our wedding, but knew we had a lot to learn about floristry before we could make that happen. We took the LA Flower Mart Tour (which was very informative and made the Flower Mart much more approachable) as well as a private lesson. Casey designed the private class for exactly what we needed to learn and we spent an afternoon at the lovely Flower Duet shop learning and practicing. Casey also checked in with us and supported us as we ordered, processed, and arranged our flowers. We could never have done it without Casey. “We used The Flower Lab for our wedding last month and cannot recommend Una and her team enough! We were introduced to Una by our wedding planner who works with her frequently. We wanted a classic pink, black and white look with roses and anemone flowers, and orchids in my bouquet in memory of a family member. We also added greenery to the chandeliers in our reception space and candles to the tables from Una.
Una was detailed, communicative, and really understood the look we were going for. She really is an expert at her craft and has an artistic eye. At our floral mockup 3 months before the wedding, she took the time to pull different flowers and change the shades of pink in a subtle but impactful way that made us love the finished product. She was flexible and allowed us to make changes to our contract and add/remove certain size arrangements as we made our final seating chart so the final count was correct for the space. We also were able to repurpose the ceremony flowers in a variety of ways.

“I love the fresh roses and carnations. I bought a bunch of roses with baby breaths and I asked if they can arrange it for me and they did. Of course for a small fee. The more you add in your arrangement, the more you'll pay. I got two arrangements out of the bunch of roses I bought. They did a beautiful job. The only thing is that you'll probably have to wait like 30 minutes or more. They can be very busy at times”
