“Quick and friendly service, worth the stop.
Got a tire puncture in Sequoia only had a tire repair kit that didn't work. Called Simmons, they were able to get us a tire ordered and ready by the time we made it down the mountain slowly.
Super nice people, talked to us while we waited and suggested some places for the next time we visit Sequoia. Def feels like a family shop with a caring vibe.”
“One of the most honest people you will ever come across. Everyone here is great they try to get you work done same day as long as you come in in the morning when they open you should be good depending on what is needed. I've had bad experiences with mechanics so you're always kind of on your toes, however, Select Auto Repair & Smog is on pointe, for sure. I've had them smog two of my cars and had them do some work on my muffler as well. Even if you're in Visalia and surrounding towns it's worth the drive if you're looking for someone you can trust which is everything to me.

Kayleen has always made it right whenever an issue arose, Ford make sure you take care of her! I know being the service manager can’t be easy but she kills it every time! I had a lemon and was back and fourth in the shop and she made sure I had a rental while my lemon vehicle was being repaired for days at a time. 10/10 experience, I’m never doing services anywhere else. I just bought a new Ford and you best believe I’m scheduling my first service here!”

“Cornelio and his son helped me out BIG TIME! Had a spark plug blow out while in Sequoia Nat Park. I "limped" it to him. It messed up the threads in the head of my Toyota Sequoia. “Miguel was super helpful and honest, and fast! I was sure I needed new brake pads and rotors on all wheels, and ready to pay for it, but after inspection it turned out I only needed rotors on the front (coming down Sequoia is rough on brakes) Miguel got it in the shop, realized the rear rotors were still good, and called me about it. Cut the cost in half. He’s a great guy, and a great mechanic.”
