“Don’t usually do this but I had a great experience today shopping for a gift. I had no idea how baby sizes work and the worker Faby was incredibly helpful, she made sure I got the right thing and the parents loved my gift. Overall awesome experience.”
“This shirt shop is located in Seaport Village, right among all the charming shops. The store is clean, well-organized, and easy to browse. The staff was friendly and helpful. While the shirts are on the pricier side, they offer a great selection and excellent quality. Overall, it was a pleasant shopping experience!”

“Great scented shea butters, oils, jewelry. The Rihanna and Kush butters smelled amazing. The owner was very kind and knowledgeable while showing me around the store. They have a great book and clothing selection that sends great messages. I bought some stickers with quotes from the store. Very easy going atmosphere.”
“Great prices. Store is open so I didn't use their curbside pick-up. Still have a $20.00 coupon that expires in Dec. Telephone payments to help me get started as a new credit card customer. Friendly but casual atmosphere where you can mask up and browse at your own leasure.”

“If it weren't affordable enough already, the owners will buy back the items you purchase for half the price they sold them for. They have a big selection of everything from reusable diapers to cribs toys and of course clothing. Raising a baby is a lot more affordable, and infancy a lot more luxurious, thanks to the couple that owns this store! And if you only have things you found in your attic from yesteryears baby, they will buy them for a fair price too”
“If you're visiting Barrio Logan and you don't stop at Casa XoVi you're missing out. I'm down in the area a few times a year and I NEVER MISS IT.The owner is fabulous. Such a wonderful woman and authentic. She cares and will help you get just what you need and what you didn't even realize you needed. Perfect spot for gifts also. The home made delicacies.... I stock up when I'm there.Try it all. You will thank me!I confess that I love the area but a lot of the shops are all selling identical things now and that is why I love Casa XoVi it is still unique.Art, Yummies, decor, gifts, and some of the classic items. Take a basket and let her fill it up and you will have a gift no one will forget.Go early for the best parking. I suggest comfy shoes and park a little ways off as it is more fun walking than fighting for parking. “Great service in the jewelry section of the store. My friend came in to buy a gift for his significant other for Valentine's Day, there were great sales. He got a silver necklace and there was a huge discount on it on top of the sale if we signed up. The sales woman was transparent and patient with my friend and I throughout this shopping experience. Getting jewelry as a gift can be stressful, but Teaonia was nice to us and very helpful.”

I generally order online and pickup in the store since the store is close by. I was surprised that I couldn't exchange a size in the store on a pair of pants I ordered online. The store had the size but was told I have to exchange online ?”
“I had the best experience at this store I feel like the staff went above and beyond. A pair of jeans that I asked someone to put up front for purchase when I was done shopping. When I went to get checked out the cashier who searched high and low could not find them, the line was getting so long I told her not to worry about it “I can just buy them online” after I finished checking out I realized the manager had still been looking for them and she finally found them!! I wasn’t in line anymore so instead of making me wait in the now really long that I inadvertently created she found a way to use my account to check me out so I didn’t have to waste any of my time. Honestly good customer service is hard to come by these days but not at this store, everyone at that store was spectacular I might shop in store instead of online because the employees make it so easy to shop and get the clothes you like.”

“It took me a while to write this review because I didn’t catch the name of one of the sales representatives—but I remembered Cemaka’s name when I received my package with his card inside.
We visited San Diego in July from Oklahoma on my husband’s business trip, and that’s when I discovered this boutique. I’ve never felt so comfortable in a store before. The sales representatives—especially Cemaka, a very kind and professional young man, and a lovely lady whose name I, unfortunately, didn’t catch—were absolutely amazing. They were polite, knowledgeable, and truly helpful in finding styles that fit and flattered my and my husband’s figures.
The store was sparkling clean, and the staff made us feel completely welcome. We’re not the skinniest people, but not for one second did we feel uncomfortable or out of place.
Thank you for such a warm and memorable experience.

From the greet to helping me pick something out for my daughter .. she was professional, genuine and just made the experience a good one. When I was ready to check out I asked her if she by chance had a coupon to share lol and she mentioned that she saw one on the website. Helped me find it and saved me some money.
