The lot itself is tiny and can be busy and packed, which may lead to understaffing at times. Despite this, the team works constantly and does great with what they are given. Many customers state they will definitely use this location moving forward for their rental car needs.

    We used the location on Broadway Avenue in Lemon Grove, California, and we couldn't be happier. We walked in and got a reasonable rate for a beautiful SUV on the spot, and it was no problem to drop it off at the airport.
    I will definitely use them when I visit in the future.

    Best car rental experience I've had! Nikolai and Suhail (sorry if I spelled that wrong) were awesome and super friendly. The rental I picked up was clean and there were no problems at all. I will definitely be using this location moving forward for my rental car needs.
