“I chose this place based on the reviews that I read here on Yelp. I came in to my rear bumper fixed due to motor vehicle collision. Junior was the one who explained the whole process from start to finish. I am very satisfied with the work that was done and my car is looking better than it had in years. When I picked up my car it looked as good as new. Staff is friendly, and they even have a little fridge of ice cream that you can help yourself to. What more can you ask for? I am so happy I came to this place. I highly recommend.”

“Rick was wonderful. He was on time and had an absolutely beautiful vintage 1951 Rolls Royce for us. My mom organized it, and she was able to choose whichever model she wanted. He came professionally in a suit, provided a towel for our drinks in case of spilling, played classical music for a very nice ambiance while driving, and had a calming and friendly demeanor.”

“Me and my nephew was looking for a 12 seeded van that takes debit cards after hitting other places like enterprise in Hearst and other random places they do not take debit cards which is so stupid. We just randomly check Yelp and found this place called his gentleman was in and out of there in 10 minutes and very very good prices. I recommend this place to anybody that's looking to rent a car.”

“I was in desperate need of a rental car when my own car was totaled in an accident. I was hoping to find someplace within walking distance of home so I wouldn't have to bother with rides from friends or Lyft or Uber. Safi to the rescue!!Farida was absolutley awesome at getting me into a rental car on short notice and working with me on the rental coverage through my insurance. It ended up taking longer than I expected to find a replacement for my own car, but they were very understanding and willing to keep my rental going on an open-ended basis until I was able to find another car. They were a total lifesaver for me, and I can't thank them enough for their help!!!”

“Top notch staff. If you don't want to spend a fortune on a car rental from the airport, this place is for you. My wife and I rented their Kia Forte for a week and loved it. The man we worked with, Arta, is extremely competent and will work with you to accomplish anything you need.When we went to gas up our car, the Kia Forte's gas door wouldn't open. We called after-hours and Arta showed up WITHIN 10 MINUTES, fixed our problem, and off we went. A very minor issue that was fixed immediately.Without this place, we probably would have spent twice as much on a rental car from somewhere. I can't stress enough how good these guys are. Easy 5 stars.”

“Jim, the owner, came to our rescue multiple times! My husband is severally disabled and I had to get him to a DR appt right away. I was able to get a van from Jim right away while another agency was not able to due to the upcoming 4th of July weekend. He was also a bit cheaper than the other place too. I called Jim a few times with questions while using his van and he always picked up. What a relief!I was supposed to return the van the following afternoon but was at the DR office all day long and Jim's place would be closed before I could get there. But he was gracious when I told him what happened at the DR's office (an absolute nightmare!) and he allowed me to return the van the next morning-WITHOUT CHARGING ME! Then I was stranded without a ride home and he placed the Uber ride for me. What a great guy! I highly recommend Jim at San Diego Mobility Vans! Important note to users-the ramp in the van we used was 30" wide; which I understand is the normal ramp width. Some wheelchairs are wider so be sure you know the size of your chair. Also the door and ramp are operated manually which wasn't a problem for me but could be for some people.”

“I want to update my review after the guys this morning were very helpful and jumped to help They understood my frustration and replaced my car right away Old feedback: I just got a car from them that paid by Ford dealership The service was not that great but not to bad also When I went outside and the guy show my the car I asked if he can replace it because of the colour, he says that don't have any other Ford at the moment but I can come back in few days I called them after few minutes to here office and the girl on the phone told me that they have quite few of those in many colours Just the fact that they lie it's not ok with me It's take 2 minutes to replace the car Unfortunately because I have a Ford I believe that I will be visit here many more times because those cars are pretty unreliable”

Very helpful in providing me with my options and advising on how to handle the transfer of reservation, matched the price, were flexible when I needed to change my timing for delivery, and very friendly upon return. This was the best truck rental experience that I've had.”

“Hi this post is a little late but I didnt forget. I highly recommend this location. I recently had a reservation for a differnet enterprise location for a large suv for 7 passengers and luggage. (I had to drive family to LAX, day of reservation then planned on spending the weekend in LA to take my daughter to Disneyland) Well day of travel the other enterprise location called at 7:30am and said that unfortunately the vehicle i needed was unavailable and they didn't have anything that would work ( reservation pick up was for 8am) i needed to leave San Diego by 845am to make my families flight. The other location said that they would call around i told them i have less then 30 minutes to find a replacement vehicle. I waited 10 minutes and decided to call around myself. After my third call i got ahold of Tammy Nguyen at the national city location and she was very accommodating and said she definitely could help me out and in the time frame that i needed. I went straight to her location and her and her whole team were so helpful and very accommodating and got me out of their on time. If ever I need a rental again I will reach out to to this location.”

“Great Rental Experience! The Mission Van Rental staff were very responsive in the lead up to our trip. We had to make several changes to our reservation and they took care of every detail. We took 25 people to Baja, Mexico and rented two 15 passenger vans. Not many rental companies permitted us to take vans to Mexico but these guys did. The staff dropped the vans off for us near the airpot and made the handover very easy. The vans were a little older than I anticipated but they worked great. We used the vans for 1 week in Mexico and had no problems. The return was easy as we left them parked in a lot at the airport, it couldn't have been more convenient. I would definitely rent from these guys again. Highly recommended”

Always a nice greeting and just great customer service. There has always been a decent vehicle to rent. And...........they even made sure they returned something my son left in the rental.
