Extra Storage is an independent storage facility located blocks from two trolley stations in Lemon Grove. It offers 350 storage units of various sizes on ground and second levels, with a lift and stairs for access. The facility is gated and has a resident manager at all times. It offers Senior, Military, and Student discounts along with a move-in special. The staff is excellent, caring about customer service and treating people fair. They are nice, understanding, and make customers feel special, often knowing them by name. The prices are lower than some national chains. The facility is really nice and always clean. A minor inconvenience is that the elevator is out of order sometimes, but it does not stay down for too long. Customers feel safe, secure, and valued storing their belongings here. It is a trustworthy, reliable, and great place to store your stuff, and is highly recommended.

Absolutely love this storage company. I've had a lot of storage units all over San Diego over the past 25+ years and this one is by far the best 💯 in my book. GREAT PRICE, VERY CLEAN, NICE ASSOCIATES, GREAT LOCATION.
