Very helpful.. I couldn't do the payment online for some reason and was going to give up and just shop another storage but they ended up calling me and was able to work it out. I think the only complaint is when the online cart doesn't go through, it doesn't highlight what was wrong or left out

Fast and easy is their name and that’s exactly what it was I got a great deal for the first to months and the customer service representative was very helpful.
