“Dropped in today to ask if they can help fix my G19.3 that I misaligned after cleaning. After hilariously going back and forth about how I admittedly “effed up” badly, they ended up finding a way to fix it and in the end…. Didn’t charge me. At that point I knew I found my new LGS. Yeah, it was 10 min worth of work but they easily could’ve charged me $50+ for that especially how tough times are today. The margins for LGS’ are thin so this means a lot. I voluntarily bought 4 boxes of 9mm to support as they really wouldn’t let me pay. These guys (I believe Cory and Gary) gained a new customer for good. They’re truly there to help and have superb customer service which is a hit and miss in this niche I know. I’ll easily drive an extra 20 min next time. “Great experience here. Pawn shops are one of my favorite places to buy things. They are always full of randomness treasures and deals. Some more than others . This one is solid. Knowledgeable friendly staff. I looked at guitars and guns. Decent selection of both here. Weren’t that quick to negotiate their price which I understand, but still got an okay deal on a Mexican Strat with a lot of Vibe. :D”

I wish the shelves were a little higher and more lights on some supply spots of the store since I'm getting old, I can't always see the products. So sometimes I buy the wrong size cleaning items. But that's my problem. I just can't get down that low and a couple of the isles appear to be dark to me.”
“First went in to the range to try it out, after 30 minutes there knew i wanted to sign up for membership. Have gone to the Santee location every week since at least once a week. Also purchased another pistol there from them along with ammo and bags there. Always have had a good experience, always been helped out as soon as I go in and gotten great advice from them. When I had an issue with my firearm feeding through they were right there to help out and continued following up with me on it to make sure it was fine and we're ready to help do anything needed to fix it. Appreciate all the help and support from them so far and always enjoy getting into the range there!”
