“Its a nice tiny shop! It feels like your in Tijuana at the corner shop! The customer service is great, the meat is flavorful, and there is even produce and chips and even mexican candy! It's a great store for being hidden away”

“Tried The Wise Ox for the first time and we really enjoyed everything we ordered. We got the dry-aged burger, beef fat fries, and Philly cheesesteak.
The burger was probably my favorite it was really juicy and well seasoned, and honestly better than In-N-Out. The fries were also really good, and the Philly cheesesteak had great cheesy flavor.
Everything we tried was delicious. We’ll definitely be back!”
“This review is for the tortillas sold here.We usually buy our tortillas somewhere else but it happened to be raining and we didn’t want to drive that far out. We yelped “tortillas” and we found this store.The tortillas were just serving and they were still warm. We got home and make tacos and we enjoyed them! Really good.”

“Mex Mart has the best meat with the coldest beer in town. Their customer service is unbeatable. Would highly recommend coming to try their carne and pollo asada!”
“For Truck drivers, no docks. Park the truck in the back. Enter from the left hand side facing the building, Exit from right. They use forklift and hand pump to unload. Fast unloading. Just don’t have pallets sideways, they ll charge for that.
Edit- Appointment 6am. Checked in 5.30am. unloaded at 5.45am. Overnight Parking in the back. Rest Area, 35 miles away, Aliso Creek at i5.”

“What a great selection!!! I came here and bought some kibbeh that are handmade and frozen in a batch of 8. I deep fried them and piped them with labneh i bought to look like footballs for the Super Bowl. Served them with toum to dip. They were such a hit and delicious! I want to come back here and get more handmade foods from the freezer.
Also bought some rose water and a big thing of olive oil for $10 and made an olive oil citrus cake with rose water.”

“I recently discovered this place as it was recommended by my brother. I buy the seasoned paleta or lomo de res and it is delicious! The slices are thin and the texture is perfect. My kids usually are not fans of carne asada but when I buy it here they love it. I highly recommend this place. Their staff is also very friendly and helpful.”
