Whenever I come to the Tux Club I feel well taken care of, and you can tell that the years of experience they have will steer you correctly every time. John even had the foresight to ask what color my wife's dress would be so my pocket square could match. It ended up being commented on positively multiple times throughout the reception. “Prices are very reasonable. Shipping is fast BUT... recieved my hat crushed. I emailed them an will see if anything is done. I highly doubt they will do anything as the carrier is to blame here and not them, but like I said we shall see.
**UPDATE**
Although Billion Creation and I knew the hat being damage was out of their control they opted to offer a full refund or reshipment. I really wanted the hat so I took the reshipment. Customer service was exceptional and amazing. They now have a customer for as long as they are in business.”

“The employees are great here. Very sweet and helpful. They gave great advice and are the sweetest. Caitlin the manager is great. All stores should treat customers the way they do. Had a misunderstanding with the membership but they explained everything and apologized for extra time I was there while resolving the issue. They are all wonderful. “I don’t even know where to begin with this amazing review! First of all the store has an amazing selection of clothing items and great staff! Had an excellent experience when I went there. I had bought a necklace from them that was so beautiful and it somehow got lost from the bag and the manager was so kind enough to send me another one to my house and I wasn’t even living in the area I live in Arizona. They were great communicators and super kind with their accommodations. I highly recommend shopping at the store because they just have an amazing staff and such great selection for surf wear and very high-quality clothing.”
