“I was looking for a pair of Carmina dress shoes. After researching I found that Gentlemen’s Footwear in San Diego was the only storefront that sold these shoes on the west coast. It was important for me to be able to physically go into the store, try on the shoes and have some of my questions answered. Once I was at Gentlemen’s Footwear, I met the owner Steve. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly how this type of shoe is supposed to fit. How my shoe should feel and how to take good care of the shoe so it lasts. My overall experience was great and I give my highest recommendation for anyone looking for a great quality shoe go to Gentlemen’s Footwear in San Diego. I’m already looking forward to buying my second pair of shoes from Steve.”

I was leaving for a Palm Springs black-tie wedding the next morning and the tux I owned had a stain with no time to dry clean. Marissa saved the day! I walked out with a tux and shoes within 25 min. “This was my first purchase from Roark (women's line). For me the number one reason I return to an online store is their customer service. Not knowing how the sizing ran I went with the models measurements along with my normal sizing. I purchased a jacket and a few other items for a trip this week. I paid for two day shipping so I would receive items in time. The small was a tad too small and needed M. I spoke to customer service online which responded right away. I was able to exchange and receive before my trip this week. I will definitely be purchasing other awesome items from Roark. The women's line is awesome!”
