“"We Lend More" really does lend more. Along with better loans, the staff and owner (I think it's the owner) are all very helpful, polite, friendly and treat you and your items with respect. They also have online invoicing to make it even easier to pay your bill. Plus - and this was huge for me - I needed a couple of extra days to renew the loans on my jewelry, when I called to ask - it was no problem! I have never been able to do that anywhere else. You can also text them too. It's worth the drive past any of the other shops in San Diego to go here, hand's down.”

“Enjoyable experience at Express Pawn on Balboa. Their protocol for assessing and processing jewelry is among the most professional i’ve seen. Yuly was knowledgeable, trustworthy, and very friendly. She even helped me discover some aspects of men’s rings that have changed my view on how I’ll style my jewelry. She goes the extra mile while staying down to earth. 4 stars because they’re still getting set up and selection is a bit slim and there’s no grading available for any of the diamonds but they keep things completely square and use their savvy to tell you the most they can about every piece. Respect.”

“I came here a couple months ago and Devin helped me and for me to be here was embarrassing. But I was having money problems and needed help and they helped me a lot. I was able to get about $1000 that I really needed they treated me with respect and kindness and I had to extend the loan because I wasn't capable of paying it back. But I got my stuff back and all was perfect Thank you El Cajon Jewelry and Loan. AND NOW HERE I AM Again needing help. I was pawning the same items and they gave me a bump in price and again nothing but respect and kindness. Melissa was also helping me because I had so many items to pawn and SHE WAS EFFICIENT AND MADE THE WHOLE PROCESS A BREEZE. THANK YOU YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!
