The continuous updates were fantastic! Being able to receive updates via text was a huge help, as it allowed me to go about my day without worrying about missing a call. Their website is also super user-friendly, giving me a clear breakdown of charges and showing detailed photos of the damages/issues with my car. It gave me full transparency and peace of mind.
