“My son took his Jetta to get his brakes done and they did a great job. I had a brake line go out in my jeep. Had it towed there. No nonsense, found the problem. Ron found my axel bearing was bad and my master cylinder needed replacement. (I knew it was bad, it was leaking) You don’t find a lot of mechanics that are honest. No price gouging at this place. If you want a legit place to take your car, take it here. I’m a retired airline captain, trust me good mechanics are hard to come by!”

Talked through the options with me and there was zero pressure to fix anything right away, you can tell they want what’s best for their customers. Female friendly and very informative.”

“I seldom do reviews, but MOTEC deserves it for all the great things they have done to my first-generation Tacoma so far: Oil changes, cylinder head gasket removal/replacement, and throttle body removal/replacement. Everyone needs to know how amazing and knowledgeable they are. I’ve been extremely satisfied with them since day one. They will tell you exactly what’s going on with your vehicle, timeline, status updates, and even follows up days or weeks after the repair service is done. They want to make sure your vehicle is running smoothly and you are pleased. They will treat you like family. They offer tea, coffee, snacks and updates you what time the service will finish while you wait, which is a huge plus! Look no further — they provide excellent service (customers and vehicles), competitive/reasonable prices, and exceptional client communication (super important!).”

“Brought my 2021 Ridgeline in for control arms and an alignment and they took care of me. Straight up, no BS, and didn’t try to upsell me on a bunch of extra stuff like the dealership was doing.
They explained everything clearly, gave me a fair price, and got the work done quick. Truck drives way better now, steering feels tight and it’s way smoother over bumps.
You can tell they actually know what they’re doing, especially with suspension. Definitely coming back here for anything else I need.”

They couldn’t get me in for a week so I took it to the dealership. I was surprised it was several hundred dollars cheaper to do it at the Toyota dealership than at TLC.”

He was also great at communication via text over the next few days. I like how they also send you pics of the issues. Very much appreciated their friendly service.”
“This place was very accomodating. I left my car over the weekend to be serviced, and they gave me a loaner car to drive at no extra cost. The owner is a good dude. I even got some parking tickets while the loaner was in my possession and again, there was no extra hidden fees or funny business upon picking up my car. They only asked for the cost of the tickets and were always super professional and courteous.”
