Through the challenges, I really appreciated the amount of communications provided related to my situation and the options offered by the manager to remedy matters.

Nonetheless, when I arrived on Friday, I was warmly welcomed and treated like a valued customer. Installation was performed quickly and properly and I left happy with the experience. That’s why I keep coming back for my tire and wheel services!”

“I had a great experience woth the team her at Evans Tires. I called without an appointment and they still made me feel valued. I took my wife's car in because she hd been hering squeaks. I drove it to the shop but could not replicate her experience. I went for breaks. They took care of the issue which were bad rotors amd only 2 and 4 on my break pads...main issue low brake fluid that caused other issues. They got me in and back out in 5 days and the work Gustavo and his associates did is absolutely fantastic. I dealt with Rafael for the most part (in person) but talked w Gustavo on several occasions. Trying to find the place is a little hard. Google maps took me to a parking lot up the hill from the actual shop but I could tell something wasn't right.
