“If I could give 10 stars I would. I have an autoimmune illness and often have pain all over. I needed a new mattress and my BFF who purchased from them last year online highly recommended them. We went in today and were greeted by Kieth Gray. Kieth was AMAZING. He asked me several questions about how I sleep then had me lay on several beds that fit my sleeping habits. He was patient and attentive and right on point in regard to my needs.
I FOUND THE PERFECT BED! I wanted everyone to leave so that I could stay and sleep. My bed has some AMAZING features including it plays music and gives you an amazing message. If you need or just want a new bed you have to go to Mattress Firm in West LA or Santa Monica and ask for Keith!”

Instead, he really listened to what we were looking for and explained the differences between the mattresses in a way that was easy to understand. We ended up going with the Heritage Plush, which is honestly the most comfortable mattress we've ever tried. It's supportive but not too firm, which is exactly what we needed.
