“We had a plumber come to our house in Los Angeles to check out a leak in our tankless water heater. Bradley quickly found the problem and gave us clear recommendations on how to fix it. Even though it seemed like the whole unit needed replacing, Bradley worked with the water heater’s warranty department and was able to get us a brand new water heater. They ordered it and did the installation the very next day. Bradley was great to work with—very professional, always on time, and kept us updated throughout the process. Jonah handled the installation and did a fantastic job with both the setup and the clean-up. He explained how everything worked and what we should do to keep our new warranty in good shape. Both plumbers were excellent, and I highly recommend them!”
“I had a fantastic experience at Deer Focus E-Bikes! The shop owner is a wonderful woman who is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt confident with my choice. It’s clear she really cares about her customers and the quality of her work. If you're looking for an e-bike or need repairs, I highly recommend checking this place out. Exceptional service!”
