“Marc at Sprouts deserves a shoutout! He is genuinely one of the sweetest people and always makes the BEST samples. Everything he makes is so delicious and you can tell he puts so much care into what he does.
For my boyfriend’s birthday, Marc went above and beyond and even made him a special dessert. It was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture, and it absolutely made his birthday extra special. You don’t come across people who put that much heart into their work every day. Sprouts is lucky to have him!”
“Amazing staff with lots of knowledge. I suffer from arthritis in my hands and joints. I came in told the girl what I was dealing with and she gave me a run down of all the products. The best thing was being able to try the topical cream before even making a decision on buying! Needless to say I purchased and left happy. Will be recommending to everyone.”
“If you want to get back in to your best version, this is the place to go. The employees are very proffecional and will help guide you to reach that better version.?”
“I have a GNC pro member for close to a decade and through out my travels GNC has been my go to for all my nutritional/supplement products. And this location particular has not failed me once since moving to California mid November 2024. Every one that works here is respectful and very knowledgeable. For ever long I live in rocklin this will be my go to GNC”
“Love to shop here, always feel welcomed. The owners are awesome! Highly recommend for fresh vegetables & everything that you miss back home is available under this one roof.”
“Always clean and we'll stocked. Parking lot is difficult to maneuver especially with the high amount of e-bikes and e-scooters that zip thru the lot and don't pay attention.”
“I have used Fit Eats for years and have seen numerous changes in their platform and the variety of products they sell. From their funky little website and delivery two times a week they have improved to the convenient site that allows delivery within an hour. Fit Eats offers a plentiful variety of meals focusing on different diet requirements, as stated on each meal.
I stick to the low-carb/high protein or vegetarian meals and rarely have I been disappointed. Granted, there will always be some meals that just don’t match my taste - so I don’t order them again. Last night I ordered 1 lb Herb Seared Salmon and 1 lb Cauliflower Mash and it was amazing. It was delivered within an hour and I have four meals out of it for $10/meal, including a decent tip! Realize, though, that the food is prepared ahead of time and is brought to you from their fridge. You’ll need to heat it up. Checkout is done through Toast and the customer is expected to tip for delivery, similar to DoorDash. If you’re looking for a healthy option, Fit Eats should be on your list.
Dietary restrictions: Keto, Whole 30, WW points, low-carb and more.”
“Truck drivers stop complaining about anything I think overall this place is OK but not for new driver because of spots are very tight and very busy truck in and out might take a longer than you expect be happy about it”

“I am so grateful to have this store available for my family and I. When my family has became sick or I need some support with any health issues they have helped. The owners are very kind people and provide great customer service. They show a lot of support for the community as well. Shannon is very knowledgeable with the supplements and can help with your needs. Thank you Simply nutrition for being around! 5 stars since I first came in to your store years ago and still 5 stars in my book!”
