He goes above and beyond by helping customers find items, sharing recipe ideas, and offering suggestions for fresh produce. His positive, upbeat energy makes the shopping experience more enjoyable every time.
I especially appreciate the samples he shares. They have introduced me to new foods and flavors that I may not have tried otherwise, and I've discovered several new favorites because of his recommendations. “I just tried out this jar of skin relief ointment called Triana for eczema. It worked so well that I went back to get some more. The workers there are very nice, kind, and patient, even being willing to explain the benefits of the product. They’re always trying to sell the most quality, organic, and natural products. I definitely recommend getting Triana if you have some form of dermatitis, eczema, or psoriasis, since it can help out with the itching and dry skin.”

“I am giving four stars because I do overall like this whole foods. It is the closest one to where I live, so I often stop here when in the area to get food from the food bar, usually some to-go foods as well, and other things. I like that they have decent non-dairy options.
I took off one star because I had an unusual experience in the fish area today. We sometimes get various sea creatures, and this time while we were waiting for the branzini to get cleaned a worker offered help. I mentioned that we are waiting on the fish, but we do want one more thing (a couple crab cakes). He was obviously annoyed by me asking, and took awhile to explain to me that apparently you can only order one thing at a time and then the procedure is for me to wait until all the other customers are done, and if there is time he will get to me. I just think that could have been handled better. He literally rolled his eyes and seemed flustered.
I did get my crab cakes from someone else.”

“i've tried 3 other GNC's and this one in Folsom was the only store where I could find my favorite protein powder. While i was there, the 2 female employees working were very knowledgeable and helped me picked out a new creatine that was tailored more towards my goals. I find myself to be pretty picky but they had everything i was looking for AND were able to back it up with facts and really helpful nutrition tips. definitely will be coming here instead and worth the drive!”

“I have used Fit Eats for years and have seen numerous changes in their platform and the variety of products they sell. From their funky little website and delivery two times a week they have improved to the convenient site that allows delivery within an hour. Fit Eats offers a plentiful variety of meals focusing on different diet requirements, as stated on each meal.
I stick to the low-carb/high protein or vegetarian meals and rarely have I been disappointed. Granted, there will always be some meals that just don’t match my taste - so I don’t order them again. Last night I ordered 1 lb Herb Seared Salmon and 1 lb Cauliflower Mash and it was amazing. It was delivered within an hour and I have four meals out of it for $10/meal, including a decent tip! Realize, though, that the food is prepared ahead of time and is brought to you from their fridge. You’ll need to heat it up. Checkout is done through Toast and the customer is expected to tip for delivery, similar to DoorDash. If you’re looking for a healthy option, Fit Eats should be on your list.
