“We needed to change to a handicapped accessible room, due to surgery that occurred after initial reservation was made. We were accommodated without any difficulty and upgraded to a suite. Very appreciated!”
“It's a great 3 star hotel. Excellent service, friendly staff, reasonable amenities. On site laundry, though a bit expensive, is convenient for longer-term guests. Pool and exercise room are both clean and tidy. In-room oven and dishwasher also a nice touch. We've been here over a month during our house repairs, and the staff have always been kind and courteous.
Nearby activities: Lots of nearby parks and activities. And a Target is 4 minutes away ?
Food and drinks: A few nice restaurants within walking distance, and even more within 5 minute drive. Chilis, sushi and Mexican food among my personal favorites.”

“Had to call late evening for toilet paper. There should have been plenty in the bathroom. Sink should be in the bathroom for privacy.
Rooms: Clean but did not touch up the room every other day during our 7 day stay.
Nearby activities: Lots of activities in the area. Next to Hugh mall. Plenty of various restaurants and auto mall. Freeway access!
Safety: Active area! Fast cars moving about.
Walkability: Walk to the shopping mall and restaurants.
Food and drinks: Breakfast each morning was superb and fresh with many varieties of juices, fruits, etc.”

“Excellent service, clean well appointed room, comfortable bed, and quiet. Staff is friendly and the breakfast better than average. Overall a solid value for a comfortable night's sleep.
Rooms: Clean and included comfortable beds, TV, refrigerator, microwave, AC, sitting area, desk and a pull out table for dining or games.
Food & drinks: Breakfast was above average. Besides the usual continental breakfast offerings, there was a buffet offering scrambled eggs, egg white & roasted pepper omelets, and turkey or pork sausage choices. Was fresh and tasty!”

“I recently stayed here for 5 days and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel was clean and comfortable, which made our stay enjoyable. One of the highlights was the free breakfast, offering a variety of options that helped start our day off right.
However, I did have some issues with the room layout. The couch was positioned facing a wall instead of the TV, which made it less comfortable for watching shows.
Additionally, the hotel has a laundry room, but it only features one washer and one dryer, and they only accept quarters. This could be a bit inconvenient during busy times.
Despite these minor drawbacks, I would recommend this hotel for its cleanliness and breakfast offerings.”

“Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and nice. It has laundry services available on site that you can do your laundry for $1.75 a load. There is a pool and gym but no hot tub. They have the standard Marriott breakfast items. They do have a little snack bar vending area if needed. Only complaint would be they have the slowest elevators in the world. It is in a good location. I would stay here again.”

Thank you to all the staff that were on hand at the hotel keeping it clean, keeping the breakfast fresh and tasty and the kind front desk ladies. People truly don't understand how much it takes to keep a hotel running smoothly and at top tier. The room was clean and smelled good, sheets and towels and pillows were clean and fresh. “This was a sad trip for me. However, the staff at the hotel made me feel safe, welcome, and well cared for. They checked up on me to make sure that I was ok due to my mental state when I arrived. By the time I woke up on my first morning there I was feeling a bit refreshed and actually glad that I picked a place off set from the family members I came to drop off in California. Family issues can be the most challenging to deal with. Kindness from strangers has amazing healing power.
Rooms: Suite style room with kitchen. I had a 2-eye stove top and dishwasher. It's more of an extended stay location. I loved the vibe. Very open flow and feel.
Nearby activities: So much to do, eat, and enjoy. Go out and explore! Shops and gaming. Fire and Ice game shop was awesome!
Safety: Very safe!
Walkability: While I was there it was extremely hot so no walking. However, do take advantage of the indoor pool! That was amazing!
Food & drinks: Breakfast is so nice! Wednesday social and snacks were delicious. I'm not a big drinker but they did offer wine and beer .
Noteworthy details: All the front staff were great. They were helpful,friendly, and local enough to direct me to good places to eat and enjoy my time.”

“the hotel felt very old. carpet was well used and could be seen coming up in the hallways and near elevators. top floor is for long term residents. design was very dark colored wood and carpets were decades old along with furniture. otherwise, linens and towels were clean but thin. complimentary service was pleasant and attentive, location is good and across from the popular waterpark. linens and towels were clean. breakfast was unusual in that your choices from the normal items were required to be submitted on a piece of paper the evening before and you had to choose a time for pickup the next morning from the lobby. coffee and juice were available in the breakroom. parking $10. no pool”

“Had a very nice entry to my hotel by Shein (front desk) yesterday. She is the model of how anyone (and everyone) should be greeted. The hotel is clean and the staff engaging. It also very close to Roseville Galleria Mall. Only suggestion to make, try and stay on the non-freeway side of the hotel. It is not too loud and the windows are good, but any non-noise is a good thing. Again, thanks Shein!!”

“The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable and the service was friendly. The location is convenient, close to shopping and restaurants in Roseville.
The only disappointment was they charge for breakfast. Maybe that's normal now, but it used to be free at Hilton Garden Inn.
A good value for the price, I'll stay here again when I have business in this part of California.”

“Like any Homewood Suites, the rooms have a great layout, and if you travel with kids, the couch pullout in the living room works great, so the kids are in a separate space. The particular room we stayed in for this visit, could use a little sprucing up, carpet shampooing, paint, minor repairs, new cooking utensils, etc. The only reason for the 3 stars.
We had an issue coming up during our stay where we spoke with the General Manager, Maxim, and he was awesome, he took care of us, and 100% professional. I'm surprised to see any negative comments, based on our experience. As a hotel guest, it's important to treat hotel staff as you would like to be treated, and you might be surprised how accommodating they will be. I will definitely stay at this property again in the future. The location is perfect!”
“We have staid here more than once and its very comfortable. The staff is always friendly and inviting when checking in or out. The beds are comfortable, some of the styling is out dated but functional and clean. The TV is smaller but alot of channel options, we staid in an upstairs king room with a sofa. The room was clean and well maintained. The bathroom is older style tiled counter tops and shower. There is good lighting and black out curtains. They do offer breakfast in the lobby in the morning and free wifi and plenty of parking. We staid when they were sold out and were still able to find parking when we got back late from a concert. We would stay here again.”

“Right off the freeway in Rocklin, close to Sierra College. Room rates are more than reasonable and the suites have been newly remodeled. Nice staff especially housekeeping and the maintenance department. Would stay here again. Also kid friendly”
“When we arrived to check in, there wasn't a room ready for us. We got there about an hour after check-in started. We were told it would be another hour and a half. When we came back to finally get checked in, we got to the room, and the door was open. We had to go get the front desk employee to come and check the room to make sure no one was in it or had done something to the room. The door would only stay shut if the door was locked from the inside. At check out, we let the front desk know about the door. They said they already knew. If they know there's a problem with that room door, why are they putting people in there?”
