“This place is in a prime location walking distance to top golf and Noah's bagels. Also and axe throwing right across the street. Newly built and very clean with dishwashers and kitchens in the rooms. This place is a must stay for convenience and nightly fun. Also a 4.8 star sushi restaurant next door called Roku ”

“Charged us for a night we weren't there, and refused to refund us, then cancelled our reservation for the following night, even after we had called to confirm we would be there and told them we were running late and wouldn't be there till late, closer to 10-11pm, which we were told was fine. Then told us they didn't have a room for us - then he "found one" and put us in a 2 bedroom suite, which was a nice room. The other features of the property really needed to be more thoughtfully designed as you can barely wheel the luggage trolly through a doorway, not to mention trying to get it onto the microscopic elevator, them trying to maneuver it through tiny doorways and the small cramped lobby area.Beds were on the firm side, I like a softer bed, personally, but we slept okay and it wasn't miserable.Kitchen was nice.Bathroom was okay, had shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in the shower.Woke up at 7am sweating because the AC in the bedroom wasn't on and the AC/heat unit in the living room had come on with thermostat set at 80 degrees, so miserable, so if you stay here, be warned and check your thermostat.Breakfast was just okay, nothing to write home about.Parking lot was rather cramped.Probably wouldn't go out of my way to stay there again unless there was nothing else to choose from.Location was okay, by Chiles restaurant (if you like that) very close to I-65 in the corner of Fairway and Blue Oaks Blvd., I used to live in the area, and while it used to be a better part of town, there are homeless and riff-raff that mills about in the area off and on.1 star for service because of the charge AND mainly because they cancelled our reservation after we called and confirmed! NOT OKAY!4 stars for the room because it was set up like a regular little apartment with bedrooms and had a kitchen.”

“We got stuck hoteless on a Friday night because our first hotel wouldn't accept my credit card and this hotel greeted us with a smile and a laugh. They didn't have any 2 bed rooms left so we got a king bed and pullout couch. Pullout couch wasn't the most comfortable when made into a bed but found it comfortable to lay down on as a couch. Bed was comfortable.Friday night the fire alarm went off at 3:45am but they comp our room for that night to make it right.Staff were all friendly and nice.Rooms were clean.Hotel was clean.Breakfast for $14 was good and convenient but I wished they had free breakfast like their competitors. The workout room was really well equipped. One of the nicest hotel gyms I have seen.Rooms: Clean and nice showers”

“We reserved a room with 2 queen beds at this hotel due to our original one being without power due to the severe weather causing outages. We were notified that they didn’t have the room we wanted and upgraded us to the larger 2 bedroom suite. The staff were all friendly and professional and they had a good breakfast spread with plenty of seating options.Rooms: It was clean, large and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed with the basic necessities, a fold out couch in the living room and nice closets in each bedroom.Nearby activities: This hotel was conveniently located close to the shopping areas in Rocklin, the Roseville Galleria and Thunder Valley Casino. Lots of restaurants to choose from and activities to make your stay more enjoyable.Safety: This hotel was located in a safe part of town.”

“While by no means a new place, the hotel is kept very nice and the rooms are quite spacious. The staff service is what stands out from the time of arrival to even after departure. We left in such a hurry, we forgot items. Duhhhh. They called us upon discovery of them, but we were already hours away. They offered to help and gave us instructions of how to arrange FedEx pick up at the hotel. Upon us making such arrangements with FedEx, the staff politely took our calls to alert them of the pick up wherein they made sure all items were packaged and eventually delivered to our home. Thanks again to Vicki at Customer Services and the desk staff for being so helpful! We'll be sure to stay again there when in the area.Rooms: Spacious and clean!”

“Great place to stay! Lori, the front desk lady, was so nice and helpful and checked us in quickly and efficiently, and got my disabled daughter and I a room close to our vehicle and the pool. Rooms were very clean, and smelled nice. The pool was the best heated indoor pool we have had anywhere, super clean and warm. Breakfast was very nice with strawberry compote along with whip cream for waffles, scrambled eggs and sausages, plus quite a few other options. Price was affordable as well. Great stay, thank you!”

“My family was here December 24th in room number 231 to spend Christmas Eve and Christmas here as soon as we checked in our room and opened our door we got a really foul smell of poop so we started to look around and my wife found dirty underwear under the kid's bunk bed that had poop in them still also she found poop on the floor by the bunk bed but she had to go in the bathroom and get toilet paper and clean it up herself I did go down to front desk and tell them the lady at the front desk really didn't seem to care about in my opinion. The man Jose that came up was really nice and took care of the situation but the room smelled like poop the whole time and the lady said she couldn't move us because that was the only room available that we ordered like that. 15 minutes later she called and said that she applied 3,000 points to my wife's IHG account which we do not use never have and never will so that 3000 points is useless to us. I feel like you guys should make this right. No guests should have to clean up poop off their hotel room and sleep in a room all night that smells horrible like human.Rooms: Dirty and smelly. Please check your room good.”

“I couldn’t be more comfortable and feel safer than hoped for! Extremely clean, super friendly staff, dinners on Wednesday nights, breakfast incredible! I wish I could just stay here for months! After being displaced and in a awful environment riddled with anxiety and stress I’m am extremely thankful. This is a great place to find peace and quiet!”

“Excellent customer service delivered. By every. Single. Person. Could not ask for better staff. We had a hiccup in the room they took care of it immediately. Out only complaint is the beds are really hard. They need a mattress topper. Seriously felt like Sheetrock with sheets. Every other amenity was perfect. Beds are a personal preference.”

“I would give this more stars if that was an option! I frequent this hotel when we are in town for specialty vet appointments. As a house cleaner I'm kinda picky about where I stay and this place checks that box plus more! The breakfast is fabulous! The staff is always friendly and the hot tub is a treat! Not to mention, one of the kitchen gals (Ladine) is the most amazing and friendly human! She noticed I was struggling one day, and offered a huge hug and so many words of support. She greets every guest with genuine kindness. That woman deserves a huge applause. I couldn't wait to see her this morning when i was back!”

“It was quaint. I really like the location. Their comforter was super soft. I thought their “Zero,” products were super cute. How we checkout products in the cooler area could be better clarified, and it being pitch black in the parking lot at 7pm (Daylight Savings was today tho), are my only suggestions for improvement.Nearby activities: I really liked the location. It’s tucked away but also highly accessible and close to event areas.Food & drinks: Breakfast in the morning was brought to my attention and highly convenient. I love the buffet option so I can just grab and go.”

“Good hotel to stay for The Weekend. Has a full kitchen and separate rooms if you get the suite. The indoor pool is good but the chlorine is strong. Casino and restaurants not too far. The living room cable was out when we stayed and I had to call front desk to complain but mgr was able to accommodate points in my acct for future stay. Another good thing is free breakfast. Not the greatest but it’ll do! Lol”

“This was a great hotel! I had to book last minute due to the recent power outages. They were very accommodating. Room was way better than expected. Bed was comfy. And they offer the best breakfast every morning. Biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage, make your own waffles, a bakery bar, and so much more. My entire family loved the food!! Definitely booking with them again!!”
