“We stayed at Home2 Suites by Hilton Roseville, Sacramento for two nights for a wedding, and it was a really great stay. The hotel was clean, modern, and comfortable, and it was exactly what we needed for the weekend. We also had a chance to use the pool, which we really enjoyed. It was a nice way to relax during the trip. Big thank you to Jacob, the manager we interacted with, for being so friendly and helpful. Also appreciate Christian and Kevin on the breakfast crew — they were both super nice and made mornings feel easy. Overall, a really pleasant stay and we’d definitely come back.”

“As someone who stays in hotels 80–90 nights a year, I can honestly say this is one of the better Residence Inns I've stayed at. The hotel was exceptionally clean, the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming from check-in to check-out. The rooms were well-maintained, comfortable, and everything was in great condition. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby, making it a perfect choice whether you're traveling for business or leisure. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with outstanding service.”

“Stayed for 6 nights and had so many pleasant experiences with the staff and environment. The entire hotel was very quiet from the front door to my room. The cleaning crew came every other day to reset the room. The suites are spacious and well equipped, but I missed having a rice cooker. I approached the front desk and asked them if they had one for me to use they said yes with no issuses.”

“This was a great stay. The hotel was clean and I think the floor we stayed on was remodeled recently. Very clean and comfortable. But the highlight of the stay was the front desk. Jap was super helpful and went above and beyond when it came to making sure our family was comfortble. I travel a lot and it is always clear when a staff member stands out. Jap was this person for sure. We were super happy with his customer service.”

“The rooms are clean and spacious. The hotel was centrally located to everything I needed in the area, it's just outside Sacramento and very close to great restaurants. It was well kept and quite at night. The staff was friendly and the buffet (hot breakfast) was great with lots of options 5 stars”

“I originally chose this hotel because of the pool. Although I was so busy visiting family that I never had an opportunity to use it, the pool area looked very inviting and included an adjoining hot tub. The hotel is located near a major road, but the double-pane windows worked exceptionally well. I didn’t hear any traffic noise from my room. It is also conveniently located near the Galleria shopping mall, with plenty of excellent restaurants nearby. I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the bed was, and the staff members were consistently friendly and welcoming. Another family member stayed in a separate room and had a similarly positive experience. Breakfast is available in the morning for $15 per person, although we decided to eat elsewhere. Overall, we had a quiet and comfortable stay with excellent service and easy access to shopping and dining.”

“I really like this location as it is central to everywhere I go in that area. The included hot breakfast is excellent. The pool and exercise are are very nice. It is located minutes from the mall, movie theater, Thunder Valley and many meal spots. The only thing I recommend to management and the owners is to update the dishwasher, furniture ,sofabed and rooms in general. There is a full fridge, stove in the room, but they could use updating. There is plenty of parking which since it's uncovered we shouldn't have to pay a parking fee or lower it to $5.00 to $7.00. The staff is very nice and the area is quiet to get a nice sleep. The TV's are very nice.”

“Convenient location, good service on check in but nothing memorable. Room design is nice but missed a few details on recent renovation. Paint in the bathroom and around door jams still needs a lot of touch up. Would still recommend when you need a Marriott brand in the neighborhood”

“Located in a shopping center in Roseville. Its quite a large Best Western with a pool and other amenities. Decently priced even for the high summer travel season. The room felt a little cramped and we had to get creative with our suitcases. Because of space constraints, things were in odd areas like the coffee maker on the restroom sink vanity. But that was literally the only place for it. The drawers in the cabinet under the TV couldn't keep themselves closed and sagged open...which isn't an issue unless you're walking by the bed to get to said restroom in the dark. Ow. We had one major issue after we checked in and got to our room. The water spigot for the shower/tub combo was stripped and just spinned, not allowing for water temp adjustments...and it was also nearly impossible to even turn on. One of us went down to the lobby and the lady there was on top of it and called maintenance. This one guy beat my partner back to the room and had a quick look to see what the issue was. This was past 8PM too! He had to go grab parts, etc but once back with the correct parts fixed the issue in less than 10 mins. We REALLY appreciated how quickly the problem was addressed. We had some really bad stays in other hotels during this roadtrip where there was not a maintenance person around to fix problems or a front desk person who cared. This place was refreshing. One of the elevators broke down the morning we were leaving but thankfully the other was still working, so we wheeled our luggage rack to the next wing and went downstairs that way. Breakfast was great. Lots of choices and food was kept at the perfect temperature. Even with the problems we experienced, if we're in need of a hotel in Roseville again, we would definitely consider staying here.”

“Lot of love for this particular hotel. Hands down the best hospitality and accommodations I've experienced from staff by far. Stayed here for several months straight with my uncle and his partner summer of 2025. This establishment will always have a place in my heart. Clean and spacious unit, huge desk, great windows that open, big pullout, plenty of room supplies, and everything I could ask for in a hotel kitchen. Plenty of parking wraps all the way around the building and dead ends with an easy turn around and a basketball court. Two secured entrances on the backside makes loading in and out easy. I had kept a couple motorcycles here for the duration of my extended stay and was even able to chain them to the railing in the back. I felt more than welcomed by every staff member. Very friendly and polite to where we felt right at home. Entire staff is so understanding and respectful. Never any issues and treated like family. Also very fast service and staff's at the front at any hour. Never did I wait at the front desk even when getting in at all hours of the night. Secret Ravine creek is right down the hill in the back with a trail that takes you all through Roseville if you're looking for a fun afternoon walk 🥳”

“We stay in the Rocklin/Roseville area often and we have made either our mission to find good affordable hotel options. And this one is a hidden gem. Its nothing luxurious or over the top but it was very clean and spacious. The bathroom was large. The staff was nice and helpful. Yes it was a little noisy but nothing that kept us up during the night. We didnt utilize breakfast but it look ok for a continental breakfast. Like I told my husband we have stayed in worse for more than what we spent on this room. Its a great value and located close to the highway for easy get back on th we road. Also close to food and shopping if needed.”
